We have successfully prevented zoning change requests that would have materially harmed the value of surrounding properties, and have assisted developers in designing projects which work with the surrounding neighborhood to enhance values, and obtained approval of our client's projects from the Planning and Zoning Commission, including a Planned Unit Development (PUD) encompassing an 11-story commercial resort, residential condominiums, townhouses, and a dry-stack marina facility.

We have also assisted landowners and developers in the creation of appropriate zoning and development plans for multi-family housing and high density projects, whether residential or commercial.  We have assisted in the planning of condominium projects from raw ground to finished product, including assisting in retaining qualified civil engineers, architects, land surveyors, real estate agents and general contractors in the Lake of the Ozarks area who are experienced in these types of projects.
